Requirements
Training videos require the free Quicktime Player from Apple or Real Player from Real Networks. On Mac, you already have iTunes and Quicktime.
On Windows, you may choose whether to install Quicktime with or without iTunes. If you don't already have iTunes, consider installing that as well, because it's worth the wait.
Instructions for Installing Quicktime:
- The download website will open a new window.
- Following completion of the download, close the download window.
- Locate the Quicktime Installer icon on your desktop and double click to install Quicktime.
- Complete the Installer dialog to enable the installation.
- Then return to this page and use a link below to view a lesson.
- Windows users will be required to copy and paste the link text into the Quicktime Player because Microsoft has refused to cooperate with Apple in allowing Explorer to handle the rtsp protocol.
Download Quicktime.
