Reputation for Customer Service
Thanks so much Jaci:
The issue was indeed with my ISP as you said and it is now resolved. I
really appreciate the speed and precision with which you responded. I
feel very cared for which is somewhat unusual in today's world of
customer service. Thank you and my best to you and yours for a joyous holiday and a healthy and prosperous 2005.
Warmly,
Hank
